1. What do I need to do to get a refund?
Simply email ClearFit, as outlined in the instructions above. Once we receive your email, you will complete our standard refund questionnaire, detailing why you are not satisfied with our Service.
2. How long will it take to get my money back?
We process refunds within 60 days of receiving your completed request, so long as you have satisfied the requirements the ClearFit Terms of Service.
3. Is there a time limit on this guarantee?
Refunds are available 30 days from the day you registered.
4. What does "guarantee" mean?
It means we’re so confident that ClearFit's hiring tools will help you develop and/or hire employees who are successful, we'll give you your money back, subject to and in accordance with the ClearFit Terms of Service.
5. What if I terminate the Service, then I want to access my ClearFit account again some time in the future?
You can resume your ClearFit account any time, however, we'll require repayment of your refund, plus any other normal monthly or annual fees, subject to and in accordance with the ClearFit Terms of Service.
